Whether you have been in the industry for 30 years or 3 there is no doubt that this moment will be talked about amongst your industry peers in almost every one of those conversations. Ask your self today… how do you want to tell them you responded? We have a chance to be hero’s. To our Family’s to our vendors, to our customers and to each other. The days and weeks ahead may be challenging. Which is why we need as an organization to FIGHT. Don’t let the market dictate to you 100% what is or isn’t. take it upon yourself to find it. Sherwood is very elastic, it has this almost incredible ability to bounce back. I remember saying that after we finished last year as well as we did after the trials and tribulations that I got my MBA…. Recently I received a text and asked “ if you got your MBA last year, what is this?” to which I responded… “The test”
